Pricing

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking confirmation will be honored for that specific booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary based on the service package and timing:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may receive a partial refund
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event may forfeit the deposit
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event may be subject to additional charges

Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on our availability. Rescheduling fees may apply depending on the timing and circumstances.

Our Cancellations

In rare circumstances where we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of Drainingsieveboo or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Venue and Damage Responsibility

While we take great care during setup and takedown, you are responsible for:

• Compliance with venue rules and regulations

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, pandemics, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
